SAMPLES

We ship all over HCMC by express services. Samples will be free of charge. Customer pay the delivery fee.
Delivery time: 4 -7 days.

RETAIL ORDERS
Free delivery for any order from 2.000 USD.
Under 2.000 USD, delivery fees will be calculated base on quotation of express services such as Viettel, 247 express... etc. The cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the package.
In case the customers requires delivery within a day, delivery fees will be calculated based on the cost of express services by bike/car (This only applies for locations in HCMC, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, and Long An provinces).

BULK ORDERS
Once the order passes quality control, it will be packaged for delivery. Customers will receive an email with the Invoice, PL and all information of the shipment. Delivery is free of charge.

• INTERNATIONAL

SAMPLES
We ship all over Viet Nam via DHL, Fedex, UPS...etc. Samples will be free of charge. Customer pay the delivery fee.
Delivery time : 3 – 5 days.

RETAIL ORDERS
Once the order passes quality control, it will be packaged for delivery. Customers will receive an email with Invoice, PL, and all information of the shipment/ cargo. International shipments are shipped via DHL priority, UPS or Fedex.
If customer would like to choose a different carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange pick-up as well as to complete any necessary customs paperwork. For international retail orders, the customers is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and fees . The total of the invoice is what will be declared on customers paperwork.

RETURNS

Returns are acceptable when they meet all requirements below:
• They should be done within 30 days from the delivery date
• They should be sent with full documentation to ensure the goods belong to AURY.

Any cutting, adjustment or changes in any way in the shape or form from its original state is not eligible for return.
We don't accept returns or exchanges on discounted items.
We will refund if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise the customer is responsible for handling the return.
